If you've been attending NewLife and wondering, "What's this church really about?" — this class is for you. New To NewLife is a relaxed, two-hour gathering where you'll get a clear picture of what we believe, how we do church, and how you can get connected. There's also plenty of time to ask the questions you've been sitting on. No pressure, no commitments — just a great chance to find out more about us. We have two upcoming classes for you to choose from; Tuesday, April 14th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 19th after church. Lunch will be served at the Sunday class. Journey to the Cross: A Good Friday Experience
This Good Friday, NewLife Church in Fairfield invites the community to step off the sidelines of the Easter story and walk straight into it. Journey to the Cross: A Good Friday Experience is a guided walk-through event that takes participants through six emmersive stations.
“We want people to feel the full weight of what Jesus endured-not as a historical footnote, but as something deeply personal. This isn’t a church service you watch from a pew. You walk through it, you touch it. You carry a candle the entire way. By the time you reach the tomb, you understand at gut level what Sunday morning means.” Pastor Mike Manuel.
Duration: Approx. 40 minutes per group
Cost: Free and open to public
*Due to the vivid portrayal of the crucifixion, parents are encouraged to use discretion regarding young children.
Christofferson Farewell Potluck
A Loving Send-Off — You're Invited!
Come join us as we celebrate and honor Pastor Norm and Corlynn Christofferson as they embark on an exciting new chapter! We are so grateful for their faithful service, love, and dedication to NewLife Church, and we want to give them a proper send-off surrounded by their church family.
Please join us for a farewell potluck in their honor! The meat will be provided — just bring your favorite side dish, salad, or dessert to share. Let's fill the table and the room with great food, warm memories, and lots of love!
It's going to be a wonderful time of fellowship and celebration — we hope to see you there!

When we lose a loved one the pain can be excruciating and make us feel alone in our grief. You do not need to agonize through this pain alone. Family Night will begin again on January 7th 2026 and will run through March 25th. Join us for a free dinner and fellowship from 6-7, then small groups and discussion from 7-8. Ladies Christmas Tea
NewLife will host a Ladies Christmas Tea at the church on Saturday, December 7th, at 3:00 p.m. for ladies 13 and older. The afternoon will include dessert, tea, and fellowship. There is no charge for this event, but you do need to register. You can register online by clicking here or by signing up at the Information Desk in the Lobby.
